NOTE:
Canceling by phone (707.880.4321)/emailing info@sensiblepet.care: Please make
sure to allow at least 12 work hours between your cancelation email and scheduled
service that you want to cancel to avoid late cancelation fee of $35. If less than 12
hours, will result in no refund/credit of booked services. Pet sitting on Major
Holidays: Booking must be done a minimum of (2) two weeks before the Holidays. A
5 days notice of cancellation is required for Holidays. Less than 5 days notice will
incur in a charge of 50% of services rate for your holiday booked appointment.
NOTE: ALL DAYCARE/BOARDING SERVICES and electronic payments ARE SUBJECT TO NYC SALES
TAX.
Generally, we prefer to keep our pack small so that each furriend is getting quality care and attention. If you prefer solo or social walk, please mention prior to the service. We will do our very best to accommodate!

Need transportation for your pet? Our pet taxi service can safely and comfortably transport your furry friend to and from appointments, the groomer, the airport and more! Rates start at $30/rt, after 2 miles rate is $4/mile.
Pet Getaways & Field Trips
We offer fun and safe trips and events for your pup. Whether it be a fun park in the city or upstate for a hike, or a weekend getaway. Your pup will enjoy every minute of play and return nice and tired!

For each service provided add holiday rate if booked on a holiday (we generally follow state recognized holidays, subject to change). Weekend fee is added on to the regular service cost for walks/daycare only.
Pet Boarding Services
We provide pet sitting services from your home to ours. We have a family style safe space that caters to every pets needs and are very flexible so we can meet our clients where they are at and make them feel right at home!
Overnight Boarding

Overnight boarding is available Monday-Sunday from 5p.m. to 8a.m.(as agreed
upon by every Sunday before the given service week) And includes regular feedings
and a good night/good morning walk in addition to one 45 minute evening walk (
generally there are 2-4 walks minimum per stay). Rates start at $80/night for
one dog. Add $50 for additional dog. Add $20 for each
cat. Separate rate can be negotiated for longer boarding periods or special circumstances.
Isolation boarding available.
Daycare

Daycare includes 3-5 walks/day, snacks, socialization with like minded
puppies/dogs. Daytime boarding consists of 8 hours and are available during the
hours of 9a.m. to 5p.m., any time outside of that will incur additional fee. (Puppies/ behavioral challenged dogs incur an additional $20 charge to each service).
Half Day Daycare is available for $45. Transportation available for $10/rt.
